Welcome to Verus
Verus is a perp aggregator that provides best execution for perp DEX trades. There are 100+ perp DEXs live today. Each one has different trading fees, liquidity, funding rates, deposit and withdrawal costs, speeds, and specializations. The result is massive fragmentation: the best place to put on a given trade changes constantly, and no human can track it across every venue. Verus fixes that.
You enter the position you want, for example long 1 BTC at 10x leverage, and Verus automatically routes the trade to the venue that gives you the lowest all-in cost. Your funds stay in a wallet that only you control.
In traditional finance, “best execution” is a legal duty: brokers must seek the most favorable terms reasonably available for a customer’s trade. Nothing like it exists in DeFi. Best execution for perps is exactly what Verus v1 delivers.
What makes Verus different
- Best execution, automatically. You pick the position, not the venue. Verus models the full cost of the trade on each venue and routes to the cheapest one.
- Venue variety. Verus currently routes across Hyperliquid, Lighter, Orderly, GMX, and Ostium, spanning order books and pool-based perps (more on the way).
- Zero fees in v1. Verus currently charges no additional fees for best execution. See Fees for what each venue charges.
- Take-profit and stop-loss on every venue. You can attach protection when you open a position, or add and edit it on an open one. See Placing a trade.
- Non-custodial. Verus never takes custody of your perps funds. An embedded wallet is created for you at signup, and only you can authorize it. (Copy trading uses a separate custodial wallet, described in Copy trading.)
- Isolated margin. Each trade is currently using isolated margin, so a liquidation on one trade cannot wipe out your entire account.

Alongside the perp aggregator, Verus runs a copy trading product on the Memecoins tab. You follow memecoin creators and their Solana trades are mirrored into a wallet of yours automatically, usually within about a second, with server-side take-profit and stop-loss.
It is a separate product: a different chain, a different wallet, its own fee and its own custody model. Read Copy trading on its own terms rather than assuming these pages apply to it.
